We accept limited bookings for small groups. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Yes, we welcome little people and have high chairs available, as well as a dedicated play area.

Yes, we offer a range of dietary-friendly options. Please speak with our team when ordering.
We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements. However, as all food is prepared in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Catering

Yes — we offer a dedicated Grind at The Rise catering menu designed for corporate orders, meetings, and local gatherings.

We also work alongside Ambrosia Catering & Event Hire for larger-scale events requiring full-service catering solutions.
Our in-house catering menu includes:

  • Sandwich & lunch selections
  • Breakfast & morning tea packages
  • Light corporate catering options
We recommend Ambrosia Catering & Event Hire for:
  • Larger events and functions
  • Weddings and private celebrations
  • Full-service catering with staffing support
  • Customised or premium event menus
Minimum orders may apply depending on the catering selection and order size. Please contact us for details.
We recommend at least 3–5 days’ notice for standard Grind catering orders. Larger or custom events via Ambrosia require additional lead time.
